We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Speech and Language Therapy Team Lead who will work with the Manager and the SLT Team to deliver excellent quality SLT services to children, families and colleagues in the East Renfrewshire area. You will provide clinical and operational line management to the team of therapists and clinical support workers in alignment with person centred care and Realistic Medicine Principles.You will support the SLT Team provide input to the Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team for both pre-school and school aged children.This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist currently working at Band 6 and above who can demonstrate a passion for leadership and for developing others.Experience in working with children with complex needs and with children with Eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties is desirable but not essential.Informal Contact : Fiona Higgins, 07881 855171, Fiona.Higgins2@nhs.scotDetails on how to contact the Recruitment Service can be found within the Candidate Information Packs.
