Speciality Retail Marketing Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies for baby product retail stores to drive market share, brand management, event management, and new business development. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute monthly in-store thematic promotional campaigns, events, festivals, and special days to increase sales. - Increase store footfall through local outreach, influencer tie-ups, seasonal campaigns, advertising, and PR. - Build community outreach initiatives with schools, clinics, and parenting groups. - Co-ordinate branding, signage, and point of sale display material requirements. - Manage loyalty program, create seasonal campaigns, offers, and promotions. - Build content and community engagement across all digital channels. - Collaborate with designers and agencies for creatives and content. - Work closely with store team, merchandising, and operations to meet business goals. - Analyse customer insights, market trends, and competition studies for expansion. - Monitor and control the budget for marketing activities. - Plan and implement brand campaigns, vendor development, and new store/product launches. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in retail or consumer marketing. - Strong understanding of store-level marketing and customer engagement. - Hands-on experience in social media, content planning, and digital promotions. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation.,
