Working closely with the consultants and using the job portals to the fullest for closing the positions. Ability to assess the fitment into the company from the values and cultural aspect. Responsibilities (KRAs / Deliverables / Job Expectations) Responsible for working closely with the recruitment channels, sources, agencies, and consultants to ensure quality of recruitment effort. Providing feedback and working along the process. Interact with the hiring manager to understand the given positions and work with them on the job description. Responsible for conducting the screening and interview to ratify the data on the candidates resume. Also assess the fitment into the company from the values and culture aspect. Conduct the initial first level technical interview. Work on the compensation and the negotiation of the final offer to the candidate. Engage with the candidate till the joining. Maintain and update the MIS and the recruitment trackers, tools on timely intervals. Critical Success factors (critical / high impact aspects of role) Ability to communicate and work with hiring managers and supervisors from diverse group companies across globe. Ability to understand and construct JDs across diverse business / functions. Ability to assess talent quality from profiles Ability to make a positive impact on potential candidates Ability to build relations and work with external agencies effectively Academic qualification Graduation (Preferably in Engineering) Experience (exposure) Work Experience: 3-7 years Experience working in IT/Non IT (IT > 3 years) Key attributes (critical functional competencies) Excellent Communications Skills Organised and process-oriented Proactive and independent Competencies (fundamental Skills And Attitudes) Good knowledge on portals Good knowledge of recruitment agencies / consultants Good understanding of job requirements and align candidate profiles Good understanding of working on software applications for the role If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
