SPECIALIST - SPECIFICATIONS

Job Description: You will work with Specification Consultants to ensure that the APL Smartcare brand is included in the specifications and generate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) with APL specification. Your main objective will be to convert BOQs into sales by closely following up with the Sales Team. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads by engaging with Specification Engineers/Consultants - Ensure the inclusion of the Smartcare brand in the BOQs - Collaborate with the Project Sales team to convert the BOQs into sales - Pitch products and services to the consultants based on their identified needs - Work with the TF/Brands Team to provide customized solutions - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competition's offerings (products, practices & trends) and share this information with the hierarchy - Organize training sessions for new/existing products for contractors, end customers, and Sales Officers Qualifications: - BE Civil Engineer / MBA (Optional) Previous Experience: - Over 10 years of experience in promoting Construction Chemicals to the Consultants,
