SPECIALIST - SPECIFICATIONS

Job Description: You will work with Specification Consultants to ensure that APL Smartcare brand is included in the specifications. Your objective will be to generate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) with APL specification and follow up with the Sales Team to convert BOQs into sales. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads by engaging with Specification Engineers/Consultants - Ensure the Smartcare brand is included in the BOQs - Coordinate with Project Sales team to convert BOQs into sales - Pitch products and services to consultants based on identified needs - Collaborate with TF/Brands Team to provide customized solutions - Develop a comprehensive understanding of competition offerings (products, practices & trends) and share insights with the hierarchy - Organize training sessions for new/existing products targeting contractors, end customers, and Sales Officers Qualifications: - BE in Civil Engineering or MBA (Optional) Previous Experience: - More than 10 years of experience in promoting Construction Chemicals to Consultants (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
