Job Summary:

The Specialist Salesperson for Digital Workplace Services will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities related to our comprehensive suite of digital workplace solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital workplace landscape, GenAI tools, applicability to the Indian market with excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions that address their specific business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory or industry vertical.
    • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present compelling value propositions to prospective clients.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM systems.
  • Technical Expertise & Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop a deep understanding of our digital workplace services and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Act as a subject matter expert, providing insightful advice and guidance to clients on digital workplace best practices.
    • Have technical understanding at a capabilities level and what problem will this solve” on tools like Nexthink, ServiceNow, Copilot and other next gen/ Gen AI tools
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Proactively address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Provide excellent post-sale support.
  • Market Analysis & Business Development:

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
    • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on market trends and client needs.
    • Work closely with marketing to develop targeted campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience in the digital workplace services industry or related technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies and solutions, including cloud computing, collaboration tools, endpoint management, and security.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications related to digital workplace technologies
  • Experience selling managed services.
