Job Location: Chennai

Experience: 6 to 10Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The associate will manage Rest of the World fit-out / retro fit projects (except India).
• Oversee layout finalization BOQ preparation.
• Manage kick-off meetings stakeholder alignment and cadence connects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress Project Lifecycle Management.
• Validate change orders track risks and ensure timely delivery along with technical Vendor Coordination.
• Provide technical support in project & Office operational discussions.
• Collaborate with PMC IT Infra Physical Security and Procurement teams.
• Ensure proper documentation drawings and certifications are obtained post completion.
• Engage in business facing discussions and strategic planning.
• Governance, reporting, maintain dashboards for mitigation and site progress.
• Conduct weekly syncs and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders IPCs and LT Group companies.
• Drive new initiatives.
