Specialist - Professional Services

As a Specialist - Professional Services at OSTTRA India, your role will primarily focus on delivering implementations & integrations. You will be responsible for delivering implementations & integrations for multiple project types across the services offered within the FX&S pillar at OSTTRA. Some key responsibilities include: - Handing over to the operations teams once live - Checking in with the customer on day one - Finalizing readiness to migrate to production and liaising with relevant counterparties - Conducting UAT phase with the customer, identifying and resolving issues - Setting up all required static data in UAT & production environments - Configuring systems in UAT and production environments - Setting up connectivity & integration in the product - Coordinating the development of the transformer based on the provided specifications - Ensuring all integration changes & setups undergo the required checks prior to deployment - Creating and tracking UAT plans - Producing all required implementation & integration documentation in standard formats - Updating the PSA system daily to keep the project manager informed - Acting as an escalation point for certain project types/services from a technical project management perspective In addition, you are expected to have knowledge of message formats such as FIX, XML, JSON, or CSV, work effectively in a team, define and document detailed workflow processes, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate customer-facing skills.
