Continuous Improvement Engineer (Overall EMS)
Position Title
Continuous Improvement Specialist - PE
Reports To
Manager - PE
Role Purpose
Drive cost, quality, and productivity improvements across SMT, MI, Assembly, Testing & Coating. Lead Lean, Kaizen, and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify CI projects across SMT, MI, Assembly, Testing
  • Reduce cycle time, increase OEE, and optimize manpower
  • Lead Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, and DOE projects
  • Deploy dashboards for OEE, downtime
  • Layout optimization & material flow improvement
Skills & Competencies
  • EMS process expertise (SMT, MI, WSM, Assembly, Testing)
  • Data analytics
  • Hands-on with OEE improvement & cost-saving projects
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
KPIs
  • OEE improvement %
  • Productivity (cycle time, manpower)
  • Cost savings (₹/year)
  • No. of Lean/Kaizen projects closed
