Specialist - People Success

As a People Success Specialist at MarketStar, you will play a crucial role in the Human Resources team by overseeing and executing various HR operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes. Your responsibilities will involve managing HRIS data, administering HR programs, and providing support to employees and HR stakeholders on a range of HR-related matters. You will be responsible for managing the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data entry, troubleshoot HRIS issues, and maintain data integrity in compliance with data privacy regulations. Additionally, you will support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers, while preparing and maintaining employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Your role will also involve administering HR programs and initiatives such as employee benefits enrollment, performance management processes, employee recognition programs, and HR compliance activities. You will assist in implementing and communicating HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure employee understanding and compliance. Furthermore, you will provide timely and accurate responses to employee queries, generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive process improvements and efficiency gains. To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 0-2 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or a similar role. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of HR policies and regulations are essential. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
