As the Employee Connection Specialist reporting to the APAC Employee Connection Manager, you will be an integral part of the Tier 1 P&C Services Employee Connection team in APAC. This role, based in Hyderabad, India, involves regular interactions with employees to address their HR needs, execute standardized processes, and enhance employee experience aligned with our culture. Your responsibilities will include responding promptly to employee inquiries, handling HR transactions in Workday, assisting in reorganizations, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, overseeing benefits, tracking probation periods, assisting with reporting and audit, providing employment verification, and proactively identifying and escalating issues. To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer experience, possess 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources services and administration, have proficiency in English (proficiency in another regional language is a plus), be adept in contact center technology and HRIS (Workday knowledge preferred), have advanced Microsoft Office skills, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
