YOUR TASKS:

• Coordinate onsite improvement projects by liaising with various stakeholders, including maintenance teams, contractors, and HQ personnel
• Update and digitalize maintenance checklists to ensure accuracy and efficiency in maintenance operations
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures based on the outcomes of onsite improvement projects to streamline maintenance processes
• Monitor and track progress of improvement projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field
• Strong Project Management qualification
• Minimum of 8-10 yrs experience ( preferably from wind industry)
• Proven experience in maintenance operations, project coordination, and process improvement
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel/Word for documentation management . Knowledge in SAP
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in digital tools and software for maintenance management and documentation. Osapiens and SAAM inhouse training provided
