Specialist - HR Operations Job Summary:- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to manage and optimize core HR functions, with a strong focus on employee benefits administration and performance appraisal processes.- The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth execution of HR operations, compliance with policies, and alignment with the organization's goals while fostering a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities:- Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and relevant labor laws.- Familiarity with performance appraisal frameworks and tools.- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.- Conduct benefits orientation for new hires and coordinate open enrollment processes.- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits.- Oversee the end-to-end performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.- Train managers and employees on performance management tools, processes, and best practices.- Ensure transparency and fairness in the performance evaluation process.Qualifications:- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 8-10 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on employee benefits and performance management.- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
