Specialist - FP&A

As an Expense Management Analyst at MetLife, you will play a crucial role in managing expenses and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts, along with providing variance commentary reporting. - Engaging in front-end discussions with Service Delivery and Functions to prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts. - Ensuring all expense variances are accurately reported and align with Business/Management expectations. - Tracking and reporting all financial & non-financial drivers, conducting periodic variance analysis, and working with budget owners for reviews. - Collaborating with the central team for consolidation and monthly variance reporting. You will also be responsible for Business Performance Analysis & Reporting, which involves: - Preparing monthly financial performance reviews and reporting packs for Management Operating Reviews (MORs). - Conducting variance analysis, closure, and trending analysis against previous months and budgets to support Corporate submissions. - Generating reporting packs, ad hoc decision support/review reports, and various analyses. - Facilitating and supporting new projects to drive business growth.
