Description
The Senior Analyst-Design Quality Assurance role at JBS Gurugram, India involves ensuring the error-free delivery of project work by understanding creative briefs, reviewing collaterals, and adhering to brand and tone of voice. This position requires strong designing skills, a sharp eye for proofreading documents, and proficiency in design software to provide suggestions and review outputs. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to concentrate for extended periods are essential. The candidate will collaborate with Marketing teams globally, understanding strategies, audiences, and objectives behind complex design projects. Providing design solutions, ensuring error-free deliverables, and translating requirements into designs are key responsibilities. A creative flair, strong communication skills, and the ability to work methodically in a team setting are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Identify discrepancies in design, ensure accuracy and consistency, and understand customer expectations. - Verify all referenced parameters for design accuracy, including client instructions, brand, and formatting. - Design projects in adherence to brand guidelines and standards. - Provide constructive design input, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a design checklist. - Recommend process improvements, document best practices, and monitor quality standards within the team. - Promote company brand standards and report quality standard issues to the manager. - Monitor and evaluate internal production processes, assisting in design project edits as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline or graphic design field with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. - Eye for detail, proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel. - Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions clearly and awareness of emerging design trends. - Ability to adapt to new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in Commercial Real Estate is advantageous. - Ability to study industry trends in visual communications and develop creative ideas to meet business goals.
