Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Senior quality specialist who is passionate about maintaining and upholding the quality of our creative deliverables such as - ad copies for multiple channels, animated videos, product demo videos, case studies, infographics, and their associated deliverables - such as scripts, storyboards, animatics, animations, voice-overs, information models, concept notes and more. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our content not only looks visually appealing but also adheres to the highest linguistic and creative standards and managing a team of quality specialists.

What will you be doing

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all the content of all our creative elements, including visuals, animations, transitions, typography, layout, composition, voiceovers, and branding, meet the clients and overall our companys quality standards.
  • Verify that the language used in scripts, voiceovers, and subtitles is clear, concise, and free from grammatical errors.

Feedback and Collaboration:

  • Correct spelling, grammar, and messaging.
  • Fact-check the content to verify data and validate information sources by following the editorial style guide to rephrase or restructure sections of copy, as required.
  • Provide timely and iterative technical proofreading and quality support to the creative team
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains competitive and relevant.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, feedback, and improvement recommendations.
  • Generate regular reports on the quality of creative assets and collaborate with management to address any recurring issues.

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor s Degree in Journalism, English, Communications or Business.
  • 3-5 years experience working in a content development capacity or research-based role.
  • Strong, competent writing and editing skills; with proven experience in proofreading and structuring high-quality content pieces written for a diverse audience.
  • Ability to align review and editing process with the content brief and ensure the content piece delivers against the objectives set out in the outline
  • Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for visual and linguistic excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with design, audio, and video projects and relevant software and tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Camtasia, Figma, PPT, etc. used in digital media production to ensure streamlined quality control at all the stages of production.
  • A passion for digital media and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and innovations.
