**Job Description:** A Change Management Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects or change initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget by focusing on increasing employee adoption and usage. - Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. - Drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and proficiency with changes that impact employees to increase benefit realization and value creation. - Work with various stakeholders in the organization to succeed, even without supervisory responsibility. - Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives to fulfill the role of change sponsor. - Provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors at all levels to navigate transitions. - Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. - Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities. - Utilize change management processes and tools to develop a strategy supporting the adoption of changes required by projects or initiatives. - Assist in communication efforts, design, development, delivery, and management of communications. - Assess change impact, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. - Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and aiding in the design and delivery of training programs. **About the Company:** Bristlecone is a leading provider of AI-powered application transformation services for the connected supply chain.
