Role Overview: As a Specialist - Change Management at JLL, you will play a crucial role in the Work Dynamics Technologies (WDT) Operations Team. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with WDT Operations Leadership, product management, and cross-functional business stakeholders to enhance operational quality and optimize the Work Dynamics technology portfolio. Your focus on operational excellence and attention to detail will contribute to achieving exceptional business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Analyze operational metrics, performance data, and business trends to derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making. - **Process Optimization:** Identify inefficiencies in workflows, propose solutions for streamlined operations, and enhance operational quality. - **Performance Monitoring:** Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational benchmarks to maintain service quality and pinpoint areas for enhancement. - **Project Coordination:** Support operational initiatives by tracking projects, planning resources, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. - **Quality Assurance:** Develop and uphold operational standards, procedures, and quality control measures. - **Technology Utilization:** Utilize business intelligence tools and operational systems to boost data visibility and automate processes. Additional Company Details: A day in this role involves maintaining and updating operational procedures, extracting and analyzing operational data, supporting finance operations, developing organization knowledge bases, preparing ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership, validating data integrity, analyzing operational trends, participating in cross-functional meetings, collaborating with product teams, and supporting vendor management activities. Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred. - 3+ years of relevant professional experience is required. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. - Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred. - Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry is beneficial. - Strong stakeholder attention and ability to align multiple teams around common initiatives are required. - Possess strong planning, execution, and organizational abilities to drive effectiveness and realize outcomes.,
