Job Description

As a Special Educator at a premium school, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities. You will assess the learning and behavioral needs of students to create suitable teaching strategies and deliver lessons using adaptive methods, resources, and technologies. Providing emotional, social, and behavioral support to students will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with general education teachers and other professionals to support student learning - Track student progress and adjust teaching techniques as necessary - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress - Participate in professional development activities to maintain certifications Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters preferred) - Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a school - Relevant certifications or licensure in Special Education - Strong knowledge of various learning disabilities and teaching strategies - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Please note, this is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund and the work schedule is during the day shift.,
