Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each client's unique needs.
• Provide direct instruction using evidence-based special education methods.
• Adapt curriculum, materials, and teaching strategies to support various learning abilities.
• Work collaboratively with therapists, medical staff, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track progress using standardized tools.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and interdisciplinary case reviews.
• Ensure adherence to organizational, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Relevant certification or eligibility in special education.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
