. Identification and Assessment

• Identify students who have learning difficulties, behavioral concerns, or special educational needs.
• Conduct screening and assessments to understand each child’s strengths and challenges.
• Maintain detailed records of identified students and their progress.

2. Individual Support and Remediation

• Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students as per their needs.
• Provide one-to-one or small group remedial sessions for academic and social skill development.
• Modify teaching materials, assignments, and assessments to suit each learner’s level.

3. Classroom Collaboration

• Work closely with class teachers to adapt teaching strategies and classroom practices.
• Support teachers in creating an inclusive classroom environment for all learners.
• Help integrate special needs students into regular classroom activities.

4. Parent and Teacher Coordination

• Regularly communicate with parents about the child’s progress and home-based support strategies.
• Conduct or assist in parent meetings and workshops to raise awareness about learning needs.
• Guide and train teachers on handling children with diverse learning needs.

5. Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain proper documentation such as IEPs, progress reports, and attendance of remedial sessions.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE/Board guidelines and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016.
• Submit reports to the school management and inclusive education committee as required.

6. Counseling and Emotional Support

• Provide emotional and behavioral support to students to build confidence and self-esteem.
• Work in coordination with the school counselor for student well-being.

7. Professional Development

• Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and techniques in special education.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions on inclusive education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
