Job Description

Adapt Special Ed. methodologies to meet the needs of the students with special needs.
Track progress and assess needs in line with goals set for each special needs student semester wise.
Plan, organize, and assign activities that are specific to each students abilities, teach and mentor students, in small groups, and one-on-one.
Ensure reviews with parents/ guardians are conducted on a timely basis to discuss/ review progress.
Involve self with the clinical psychologist and generate combined reports for assessments and recommendations.
Supervise and mentor teacher assistants/ care givers who work with students with disabilities as per the need of individual cases.
