POSITION SCOPE:
Central point of contact forinternal and external communications, ensuring timely and accuratedissemination of information.
Facilitate the onboarding processfor new healthcare professionals, ensuring all necessary documentation andtraining are completed.
Analyze current processes toidentify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Assist in developing andimplementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide support to staff byaddressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner. Workclosely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effectivecommunication.
Ensure accuracy and precision inall tasks, particularly in data entry and documentation.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently,prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. Communicate clearly and effectivelywith team members, patients, and external stakeholders. Identify issuesproactively and contribute to effective solutions.

Requirements

Skills:
Excellent & Fluent in Spanish
Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.

Technical proficiency inhealthcare management software and data analysis tools.
