[{"Salary":"5Lacs - 9.99Lacs" , "Remote_Job":false , "Posting_Title":"Process Specialist - US Payroll" , "Is_Locked":false , "City":"Pune" , "Industry":"Customer Service","Job_Description":" ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - The primary function is to take ownership of the error free completion of the entire weekly pay/bill cycle to include : \u25AA Accurately key timesheets and other payroll related data (W-4, banking, etc.) within the specified deadlines \u25AA Enter new hires, terminate assignments as required \u25AA Provide excellent customer service when communicating with HCPs, Sales, Billing and AR Departments and facilities \u25AA Audit all maintenance after Payroll is processed \u25AA Process all payroll adjustments including manuals, wires \u25AA Process multi-state entries\u25AA Handle all incoming calls/inquiries related to payroll from HCPs and recruiters \u25AA Research, resolve and communicate resolution to all interested parties \u25AA Initiate, process and distribute manual checks and wires as required \u25AA Research all HCP issues related to taxation, w-2s, earnings, deductions, reimbursements and bonuses \u25AA Process all necessary entries to correct issues and ensure accuracy of the payroll records \u25AA Follow up with HCPs and recruiters to collect missing timesheets \u25AA All other duties as assigned with or without accommodation Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: \u25AA College degree preferred or equivalent experience \u25AA 2-3 years of payroll experience required \u25AA Knowledge of multi-state payroll system preferred \u25AA Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit ","Work_Experience":"5+ years","Job_Type":"Full time" , "Job_Opening_Name":"Process Specialist - US Payroll" , "State":"Maharashtra" , "Country":"India" , "Zip_Code":"411057" , "id":"156010000001281279" , "Publish":true , "Date_Opened":"2025-05-15" , "Keep_on_Career_Site":false}]
