Spa Therapist

Role Overview: As a Spa Therapist at Spa Alila, your main responsibility will be to conduct all treatments offered by the spa. Additionally, you will be expected to act as a host when the Spa Host is on a break, conduct consultations with guests, personalize treatments according to guests" needs, and provide feedback on guests" body conditions to the Spa Host or directly to the guest. Key Responsibilities: - Perform all spa treatments offered by Spa Alila - Act as a host in the absence of the Spa Host - Conduct consultations with guests to understand their requirements - Personalize treatments based on the specific needs of each guest - Provide feedback on guests" body conditions to ensure a tailored experience Qualifications Required: - Minimum of a High School background education or equivalent - At least 1 year of proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a 4-star hotel or resort - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests - Motivated, energetic, and positive personality with a strong focus on guest service - Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with guests and team members,
