As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa experiences to our guests, helping them relax, rejuvenate, and achieve their wellness goals.
- Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other specialized services tailored to guest needs
- Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their preferences and concerns, recommending appropriate treatments
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience by maintaining a professional, warm, and personalized approach throughout each interaction
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness before and after each session
- Monitor and manage spa supplies and equipment, reporting any needs or issues to the relevant team members
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest care
- Collaborate with the wellness and operations teams to create a seamless and elevated experience for guests
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and align with the spa's standards
- Provide post-treatment follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction and offer product or service recommendations
- Contribute to the overall success of the spa by maintaining a positive attitude and supporting team goals
Qualifications
- Certification as a Spa Therapist from a recognized institution
- 2-5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in the luxury hotel industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques
- Strong understanding of hygiene and safety protocols in a spa environment
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Pleasing personality with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform various treatments throughout the day
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills for managing appointments and guest records
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on the latest spa trends and techniques
