Spa Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, body scrubs, facials, and other wellness therapies as per company standards.
• Greet and guide guests through the spa journey ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience of treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Understand guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and products used.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Support spa promotions and assist in achieving departmental sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in spa operations, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and wellness therapies.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming standards.
