Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Spa Specialist located in North Delhi. The Spa Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing a variety of spa treatments such as facials and skin care, and promoting various spa products. The individual will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facility and contribute to sales efforts by recommending suitable products and services to clients.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills to ensure a pleasant and satisfying experience for clients
• Cosmetology, Facials, and Skin Care skills to perform a range of spa treatments
• Sales skills to effectively recommend and sell spa products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications in cosmetology or related fields are a plus
• Prior experience in the wellness or spa industry is beneficial
