Job Description

As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a single spa outlet. Your role will involve driving revenue and profitability, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supervising and developing the spa team, maintaining high standards of hygiene and ambiance, and delivering consistent service excellence. You will need to balance daily operational oversight with sales and marketing initiatives to meet business targets while nurturing a welcoming wellness environment. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Team Management: - Recruit, train, and supervise therapists, receptionists, and support staff, promoting a positive team culture. - Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties effectively, and manage attendance to ensure optimal coverage. - Monitor performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and conduct regular performance reviews. - Identify training needs and arrange skill-building sessions to enhance service delivery and product knowledge. - Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations. - Operational Excellence: - Oversee day-to-day spa activities, ensuring all services are delivered according to company SOPs and safety standards. - Manage appointment bookings and therapist allocation to minimize wait times and maximize productivity. - Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance comply with health standards. - Maintain and service spa equipment, coordinate repairs, and ensure all regulatory licenses are up-to-date. - Implement checklists and audits for facility upkeep and operational procedures. - Sales & Marketing: - Achieve outlet revenue goals by driving service and product sales, membership programs, and packages. - Develop and launch seasonal promotions, treatments, and loyalty programs. - Collaborate with marketing teams to plan local events, wellness workshops, and community outreach activities. - Analyze sales reports, track key metrics, and implement improvement strategies. - Network with local hotels, corporates, and partners to generate new business. - Client Experience & Relationship Management: - Maintain a warm, professional front-of-house presence and manage guest experiences. - Understand guest preferences, recommend treatments, and oversee personalized service delivery. - Collect and analyze guest feedback, manage complaints promptly, and implement enhancements. - Encourage guest engagement to drive repeat visits and positive reviews. - Maintain client databases and follow up with guests for after-care and future bookings. - Financial & Inventory Management: - Prepare and monitor budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial reports. - Manage stock levels, conduct inventory audits, and minimize wastage. - Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery and competitive pricing. - Track cash handling, billing, and reconciliation processes. - Report financial and operational performance to management. - Strategy & Innovation: - Stay updated on spa and wellness trends, recommend innovative treatments. - Develop new service protocols and operational improvements. - Support implementation of corporate initiatives and ensure alignment with the brand's wellness philosophy. Qualification Required: Full-time job at the spa outlet located in Bangalore, Jaipur, or Lucknow.,
