Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Front Office Manager based in Pune. The Spa Front Office Manager will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Daily tasks include overseeing the scheduling of spa appointments, greeting and assisting clients, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring seamless communication between the clients and the service team. The role also involves managing administrative duties, streamlining the check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a welcoming and professional spa environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Office Administration and Front Office management
  • Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effective client and team interactions
  • Experience in managing team dynamics and leading front desk operations
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a service-oriented role
  • Previous experience in hospitality or spa management is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
