Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Spa Ambassador (Beautician) to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality beauty services, including massages, facials, and other spa treatments.
Develop and maintain knowledge of new beauty trends and techniques to stay current with industry developments.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and performance.
Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere, promoting a sense of well-being and relaxation among guests.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a beautician or in a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Knowledge of various beauty treatments and therapies, including massage and facial techniques.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service, exceeding guest expectations and building loyalty.
Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures, focusing on attention to detail and quality standards.
