Job Description: Food Preparation & CookingAssist in preparing South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, uttapam, sambhar, rasam, chutneys, curries, rice varieties, and tiffin items Follow standard recipes and portion control as per hotel guidelines Support live counters and buffet service when required Ensure timely preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets Kitchen OperationsAssist senior chefs in daily mise en place Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils Follow FIFO and proper storage procedures Help with stock rotation and basic inventory checks Hygiene & SafetyFollow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards strictly Ensure personal hygiene and correct uniform standards Handle raw materials safely to prevent contamination Teamwork & LearningWork cooperatively with other kitchen staff Take instructions from senior chefs and learn hotel SOPs Assist in training new staff or helpers when required Call Kunal HR directly on 9220515544 for job.
