Job Description

Prepare all South Indian food items, including snacks, tiffins, and full meals.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Collaborate with the restaurant team to create new and exciting dishes.
Train and supervise other kitchen staff as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

Proven work experience as South indian Chef / Cook.
Must specialize in preparing all South Indian cuisines.
Must have experience in preparing vegetarian and/or non-vegetarian dishes..
Must be flexible with weekend offs.
Must have hands-on experience with modern kitchen and cooking equipment.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
