Job Title: South Indian Chef (CDP)
Location: Hotel Copperfolia, Calicut
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced South Indian Chef to join our culinary team as a Chef de Partie (CDP). The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing authentic South Indian cuisine and possess excellent cooking skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a South Indian Chef in a reputable hotel/restaurant.
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality/Culinary Arts.
- Knowledge of proper food handling.
- Storage and preparation technique.
- Familiarity with inventory system.
- Leadership quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
