Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine (pure-veg kitchen preferred).
  • Strong understanding of authentic South Indian flavors and cooking techniques.
  • Must be punctual, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operations.
  • Willing to relocate or stay near Berhampur, Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook all South Indian dishes — dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, pongal, sambhar, rasam, chutneys, etc.
  • Maintain taste, presentation, and quality as per restaurant standards.
  • Handle batter fermentation, seasoning, and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the South Indian section.
  • Work with the Head Chef and other cooks for smooth kitchen operations.
  • Manage prep work and ensure timely food service.
  • Maintain raw material stock and minimize wastage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
