Job Title: South Indian Meals Master We are looking for a hardworking and reliable South Indian Meals Master to prepare authentic, delicious South Indian meals. The candidate must ensure every dish tastes excellent and never tastes bad, and must cook more food if it gets finished during service. The role also includes managing kitchen operations, inventory, and maintaining proper hygiene while cooking. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook traditional South Indian meals Cook additional food if it gets finished during service Ensure all food is consistently delicious Manage kitchen operations and inventory Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen Requirements Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or Cook. Deep knowledge of South Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking methods125. Hardworking, reliable, and able to work under pressure. Good communication and team management skills. No bad habits; maintains discipline and a positive attitude in the kitchen.
