Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at Motorola Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of the integrated go-to-market plan in the region/sub-region/country(ies). Your responsibilities will include: - Creating channel sell-through and sell-out programs to support sales teams' revenue and margin plan. - Developing demand generation strategies for channel marketers and executing brand building programs. - Crafting and executing integrated communication and messaging plans for both outbound (customers, consumers) and inbound (Sales team) audiences. - Managing the placement and communications at trade shows, events, end user seminars, and channel conferences. - Coordinating regional/country initiatives and ensuring integration with Global Marketing efforts. - Overseeing and developing agency base and key vendors (creative, media, BTL, PR, road team) to support marketing strategies. - Providing valuable insights into product portfolio definition for the region/sub-region/country(ies).
