South Asia India Regional Field Channel Marketing Manager

As a Marketing professional at Motorola Solutions, your role will involve leading the development and implementation of the integrated go-to-market plan in the region/sub-region/country(ies). This includes aligning with sales teams" revenue and margin plan, executing channel sell-through and sell-out programs, driving demand generation for channel marketers, and conducting brand building programs. You will be responsible for creating, driving, supporting, and executing integrated communication and messaging plans for both outbound (customers, consumers) and inbound (Sales team) audiences. Additionally, you will manage the placement and communications at trade shows, events, end user seminars, and channel conferences. It will be crucial to coordinate regional/country initiatives and ensure integration with Global Marketing efforts. Managing and developing agency base and key vendors will also be part of your responsibilities, including creative, media, BTL, PR, and road team to support marketing strategies. Providing insights into product portfolio definition for the region/sub-region/country(ies) will be essential.
