South Asia (India) Regional Field & Channel Marketing Manager

You will lead the development and implementation of the integrated go-to-market plan in the region/sub-region/country(ies) for the enterprise channel business in India. This plan should align with the sales teams" revenue and margin targets, encompassing channel sell-through and sell-out programs, demand generation for channel marketers, and brand building initiatives. You will be responsible for creating, driving, supporting, and executing integrated communication and messaging plans targeting both outbound (customers, consumers) and inbound (Sales team) audiences. Additionally, you will oversee the placement and communications at trade shows, events, end-user seminars, and channel conferences. It is essential to coordinate regional/country initiatives and ensure their integration with Global Marketing efforts. You will manage and develop the agency base and key vendors such as creative, media, BTL, PR, and road team to assist in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies. Providing insights into product portfolio definition for the region/sub-region/country(ies) will also be part of your responsibilities. You should have a Marketing/Business Qualification with 7-10 years of experience in the IT&T field. The role does not entail any travel requirements or relocation.
