Sous Chef

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and menu execution at our health-centric cloud kitchen. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure every dish is crafted with quality, consistency, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, prepping, and executing healthy recipes (keto, gluten-free, vegan, sattvic, etc.)
• Supervise daily kitchen operations and delegate tasks to junior staff
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and plating standards
• Ensure proper inventory management, portion control, and cost efficiency
• Support in creating new dishes or menu ideas aligned with the brand’s health philosophy
• Monitor food safety standards and cleanliness (FSSAI norms)

Ideal Candidate Has:

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (cloud kitchen, health café, wellness brand is a plus)
• Deep knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and dietary needs (keto, vegan, gluten-free, sattvic)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setup
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Basic computer/smartphone use for kitchen systems and inventory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
