Role Overview: You will be joining Amer bakery hut cafe as a full-time Sous Chef specializing in Continental cuisine. Your main responsibility will be to assist the area Chef in managing kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, planning menus, and ensuring high culinary standards are maintained. Your creativity and expertise in preparing innovative Continental dishes will contribute to delivering a luxurious dining experience to guests.
