As a Technology Sourcer at Chain IQ, a globally recognized AI-driven procurement firm, you will play a crucial role in managing sourcing initiatives, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving cost reduction opportunities in the IT category. Your expertise in procurement, change management, and stakeholder engagement will be essential in achieving defined business goals and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Relationship Management - Proactively foster collaboration with key client stakeholders and colleagues across different regions. - Develop a stakeholder matrix per category/location for effective engagement. - Ensure strong supplier relationship management for assigned suppliers. - Act as the key contact person for the IT category, specializing in sub-categories like HW, SW, SaaS, Network, Telecom, Co-lo. - Sourcing Planning - Analyze spend and contracts to identify sourcing and cost reduction opportunities. - Formulate category-specific models based on business needs. - Define and implement IT strategies and sourcing area plans in alignment with global and regional strategies. - Management of Sourcing Initiatives - Lead and execute IT sourcing projects end-to-end within agreed timelines and quality standards. - Achieve savings targets through effective management of sourcing initiatives. - Adhere to defined sourcing policies and processes. - Maintain high ethics in supplier and client engagements. - Sourcing Support - Provide sourcing expertise and support for client engagements. - Plan and execute sourcing projects across a dynamic, multi-client environment. Qualifications Required: - Substantial experience in procurement, sourcing, or the technology industry. - Proficient in change management and stakeholder engagement. - Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. - Capable of handling interactions with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. - Willingness to travel to countries in the APAC region. - Strong focus on results and structured work approach.
