1. Sourcing Specialist IT Recruitment (Shivajinagar)

Role: IT Recruitment (Sourcing Specialist)

Experience Required: 1 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates from internal databases, Monster, Naukri portals

Screening for technical/functional credentials, project experience, communication skills, CTC, notice period, academic background

End-to-end hiring process coordination and interaction with hiring managers and delivery heads

Should be hands on in technical hiring, SAP Hiring is a plus.

Ready to work from office for all 5 days
