We specialize in the production of high-quality motors for Textile Machineries and various applications, we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in casting and machining processes to join our team and uphold our standards of quality and precision.

Job Description: As a Quality Assurance Engineer specialized in casting and machining, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our motor manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust quality control measures, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for casting and machining processes in motor manufacturing.
• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished motor products to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments and gauges to perform dimensional and visual inspections accurately.
• Analyze and investigate quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to address quality concerns and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
• Lead supplier quality assessments and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to production personnel on quality-related matters, including interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for process optimization and product enhancements.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to motor manufacturing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

• DME or BE Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in the motor manufacturing industry, with specific expertise in casting and machining processes.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, including statistical process control (SPC),

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
