Arcedior is a leading global sourcing platform in the furniture and interior industry, offering curated products and solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sourcing / Purchase Executive to lead and strengthen our human resources function.

Role Overview:

The Sourcing / Purchase Executive plays a key role in procuring furniture, materials, and interior elements required for various projects. This role involves identifying reliable vendors, negotiating competitive rates, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining quality standards. The candidate will work closely with design, project, and warehouse teams to streamline procurement operations and ensure project timelines are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure furniture, fittings, and interior materials.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing & timelines.
• Coordinate with design, project & warehouse teams.
• Maintain procurement records and handle logistics follow-ups.

Key Skills:

• Vendor management & negotiation
• Knowledge of furniture materials & finishes
• Project coordination & sourcing tools (Excel, Google Sheets, ERP)

Preferred Background:

• Furniture, Interiors, Modular or Architectural Sourcing
• Any graduate (Design background is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
