As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sourcing / Purchase Executive to lead and strengthen our human resources function. Role Overview: The Sourcing / Purchase Executive plays a key role in procuring furniture, materials, and interior elements required for various projects. This role involves identifying reliable vendors, negotiating competitive rates, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining quality standards. The candidate will work closely with design, project, and warehouse teams to streamline procurement operations and ensure project timelines are met effectively. Key Responsibilities: Source and procure furniture, fittings, and interior materials. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing & timelines. Coordinate with design, project & warehouse teams. Maintain procurement records and handle logistics follow-ups. Key Skills: Vendor management & negotiation Knowledge of furniture materials & finishes Project coordination & sourcing tools (Excel, Google Sheets, ERP) Preferred Background: Furniture, Interiors, Modular or Architectural Sourcing Any graduate (Design background is a plus) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
