Sourcing Professional Services

As a Tactical Sourcer for the Professional Services Category at Chain IQ, your role involves covering different sub-categories in Professional Services for high-value and complex deals. You will be responsible for fostering effective collaboration with key client stakeholders, developing category strategies, and executing sourcing projects from end-to-end. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Relationship Management** - Proactively foster collaboration with key client stakeholders and colleagues to deliver defined business goals. - Develop key client stakeholder matrix per category/location and maintain regular engagement. - Ensure appropriate supplier relationship management for assigned suppliers. - **Sourcing Planning** - Perform spend and contract analysis to identify sourcing and cost reduction opportunities. - Formulate category-specific cost/rate cards/service models for appropriate business needs. - Define and implement category strategies and sourcing area plans for global and regional strategies. - **Management of Sourcing Initiatives** - Lead and execute Professional Services sourcing projects in line with agreed timelines and service quality. - Deliver allocated savings targets through effective management of sourcing initiatives. - Adhere to defined sourcing policies and processes with high ethics in supplier and client engagements. - **Sourcing Support** - Provide sourcing subject matter expertise and solutions to support client engagements. - Assist in sourcing planning and execution of projects across a dynamic, multi-client environment. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of progressive experience in indirect procurement and 5+ years in the Professional Services category in an international environment. - University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain Management. - Additional Sourcing/Procurement certification is advantageous. - Strong project management experience and attention to detail. - Excellent English communication skills, with additional languages considered a plus.
