Sourcing & Procurement Specialist-Senior

As a Grade 12 employee at FedEx, your role will involve developing business stakeholder relationships and providing support in navigating the procurement process and procedures. You will actively use quality tools to identify and implement enhancements to procurement and vendor administration processes, policies, and systems. Additionally, you will ensure overall program, process, and systems compliance by using the appropriate system of records. Other duties may be assigned to you as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop business stakeholder relationships - Navigate the procurement process and procedures - Use quality tools to identify and implement enhancements to procurement and vendor administration processes, policies, and systems - Ensure overall program, process, and systems compliance - Perform any other assigned duties **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalency in a business-related field - Minimum of five years of experience in procurement lifecycle management activities - Experience in a Procurement/Buyer role working with Oracle FCF is considered a positive - Experience working with or managing any BPO teams for procurement - Experience with global teams and international stakeholders is beneficial - Knowledge of procurement software and spreadsheet applications - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in written and oral communication in English In this role at FedEx, you can expect to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, be exposed to real-world projects, and participate in fast-paced Procurement Transformation activities.
