Sourcing & Procurement (Limitless Naturals Division)

Position Overview

It is seeking a

highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist

to join the

Sourcing & Procurement

team in

Hyderabad

, focusing specifically on raw materials for Eva Pharma s

Limitless Naturals (Food Supplements)

division.

This role is essential in maintaining a strong, quality-driven, and sustainable supply chain that supports Eva Pharma s global product development operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and procurement of raw materials for the

Limitless Naturals (Food Supplements)

division, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant acquisition.
Collaborate with Eva Pharma s IP (Intellectual Property), Regulatory, and R&D teams to support global product development and ensure regulatory compliance. Ensure all sourcing and procurement activities follow industry regulations for food supplements and Eva Pharma s internal quality standards. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure supply chain stability and resilience. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for sourcing and procurement processes, especially related to natural product ingredients. Maintain meticulous documentation and records for all procurement-related activities.

Qualifications

Experience:

X years of experience in sourcing and procurement within food supplements, nutraceuticals, or natural products, specifically focusing on raw materials.

Location:

Based in Hyderabad.

Teamwork & Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Organizational Skills:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail; committed to upholding global operational standards.

Collaboration:

Proactive in working with IP, Regulatory, and R&D teams for global product development in the natural products sector.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.

Supply Chain Knowledge:

Studies or certifications in supply chain management are an added advantage.

Technical Background:

Knowledge in natural product formulation, food science, or related fields is a strong plus.

Language:

English proficiency is mandatory.
