Job Description

Job Title: Sourcing Manager

Experience: Min 4 years (Apparel sourcing & vendor management)

Qualification: Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering , Business or related field

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Sourcing Manager – Men’s /Kids Apparel to manage vendor development, fabric & trim sourcing, cost negotiations.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and factories for apparel
Source fabrics, trims, and accessories aligned with seasonal product requirements
Negotiation and vendor management
Work closely with design and product teams to translate product briefs into viable sourcing strategies
Stay updated on market trends, new vendors, and sustainable sourcing options
Ability to travel if required
