Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Sourcing Manager role located in Panvel. The Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and building relationships with property developers, brokers, and direct sellers to expand the company's property listings. Daily tasks also include market analysis, negotiating property deals, ensuring compliance with company standards, coordinating with internal sales and marketing teams, and ensuring client satisfaction through quality property sourcing. The role involves frequent site visits and collaboration with stakeholders to meet sourcing targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong networking and relationship management skills with developers, brokers, or sellers
• Proficiency in market analysis, property evaluations, and sourcing strategies
• Sound negotiation and communication skills
• Understanding of local real estate regulations and compliance requirements
• Self-motivated with problem-solving capabilities and a target-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Experience in real estate sourcing, property management, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings
